7/19/2009 01:39:00 AM | Author: fadzly
Muahahahah.. Malaysia managed to get 2 goals from Amri Yahya. It would be great if Malaysia manage to get it draw. Below are the pictures that I've taken at the event in Bukit Jalil Stadium.

Parking jauh giler..

Not many ppl arived yet but the parking was 2 KM away from the stadium..

The sea of red with a small dot2 of yellow islands.. Lolz

Starting

Practice session 15 minutes before kick off

I sat on the cheapest section, the violet section. Fergie managed to put his best 1st team at 1st half. Seriously, I was a bit shock. I thought he'll put his 3rd team. Rooney, Berbatov, Nani, Anderson, Evra, Van Der Sar etc, all playing!! Even Michael Owen played the 2nd half. Unlike the Livepool Asia Tour, Gerrard, Fernando Torres will not be playing. gg lor Thai and Singapore.

2nd half break, the pancaragam comes in

Rooney was set to have a kick

Even indons came

Fedrico Manchida (kiko) warming up before enter

In the end, a good fight from Malaysian side and i hope we can continue on the next rematch..

Update: we lost 0-2 but Man U could only found the 2 goals at the first half. A goal again from former liverpool player, Michael Owen. Ferguson must be cheerful

£80 million for Ronaldo.. Damn Real..
6/11/2009 05:39:00 PM | Author: fadzly
Manchester United have accepted an £80m offer from Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo.

A statement on the United website confirmed that a deal for the 24-year-old should be completed by the end of the month.

''Manchester United have received a world-record, unconditional offer of £80million for Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

''At Cristiano's request - who has again expressed his desire to leave - and after discussion with the player's representatives, United have agreed to give Real Madrid permission to talk to the player.

''Matters are expected to be concluded by 30 June. The club will not comment until further notice.''

Ronaldo has long been a target for the Spanish giants, whose president Florentino Perez vowed earlier this week to do ''everything possible'' to take the 24-year-old to the Bernabeu.

Cristiano Ronaldo's last game for United was the Champions League final defeat to Barca

It is now certain that a second era of "Galacticos" has begun at Madird, with news of Ronaldo's £80m deal coming in the same week Perez agreed a £59, deal to sign Kaka.

The news is bound to be greeted with some scepticism by United fans who have repeatedly been told no deal had been agreed for the sale of FIFA's world player of the year in the face of regular statements from Spain the former Sporting Lisbon star was bound for the Bernabeu.

It was even suggested Ronaldo would be due a £20m compensation fee from Real if the deal did not go through by June 30, the date United now state themselves is when they expect matters to be concluded.

As it now seems a matter of when, rather than if a world record transfer will be completed, Sir Alex Ferguson might wish to explain why he has gone back on his famous comment in December last year that he would not ''sell that mob a virus''.

It is the first time for many years United would have allowed a player to leave they were not happy about losing.

Yet some supporters may be pleased that at least another drawn-out transfer saga, such as the one 12 months ago, is not played out in public.

And, at least the money could be reinvested in a squad that almost, but not quite proved good enough to win back-to-back Champions League trophies, in addition to a hat-trick of Premier League titles.

We Are The Champion of The World!!!!

Manchester United are Premier League champions for an 11th time after drawing 0-0 with Arsenal at Old Trafford. The title was sealed in uninspiring style - they did not have a single shot on target!!!

After 37 Premier League matches, Manchester United have been crowned as Premier League Champion's with one match to spare
. All we needed was a draw against Arsenal and that is exactly what we got. We are now alongside Liverpool with 18 League titles and looking forward to the Champion's League final on the 27th May.

Manchester United vs Arsenal

Arsenal has fought to the very end to try spoil the party, they even got one chance of hitting the bar in the last few minutes, this left us with a very nerve racking final few minutes.

In the beginning, speculation over his future, Carlos Tevez did start for Man United and Dimitar Berbatov spent this match on the bench, LOLZ.. But Barbatov will stay longer than Carlos. Just let him play for till the end of his carrier with United

United could have been 1-0 up in the first 15 seconds, Darren Fletcher put Cristiano Ronaldo through on goal but was unable to convert it into a goal. Tevez was his normal busy self throughout the match, troubling the defenders.

Arsenal's first chance fell to Robin Van Persie who mucked up his header. Arsenal might have a penalty shout in the first half when Van Persie fell in the penalty area after a challenge from Nemanja Vidic, however the referee rightly didn't give a penalty.

Second half seemed to drag on, all it needed was one goal from Arsenal and the celebrations would have to be put on hold but it didn't happen

United did have 1 or 2 chances but not so many. The 1st in the second half fell to Tevez when Fletcher put him through on goal but blocked by Arsenal goalie Lukasz Fabianski.

On 67 minutes abit controversial and emotional where Tevez was taken off by Sir Alex Ferguson for Ji-Sung Park. and Fergie was booed but Tevez was applauded by the fans ... The way Teves came out seems like it would be the last time we'd saw him with the United shirt on. Wish him goodluck with his carrier in the future

Then later Arsenal could have been 1-0 down after Ronaldo was put through on goal by Park, Ronaldo did slot the ball into the back of the net but he was harshly ruled by offside.

With only ten minutes left, Arsenal pressure up and step on the gear to get a goal and it really trigger my nerve ending up to the ends, and my heart beats faster. In the last 10 minutes Cesc Fabregas hit the post, and Van Der Sar had to save a shot from Van Persie, owh man what a save from our own favourite Manchester United Golie Edwin Van Der Sar

The game did finish 0-0 which means that Manchester United have now been crowned as this season's winners of the Barclay's Premier League for the third season in a row. I may be wrong but I am sure that, that means that we will get to keep the trophy after three consecutive Premier League title race wins.

The Celebration

More title joy for Sir Alex Ferguson as Manchester United championship number 18 - and an 11th for him personally.

Sir Alex Ferguson: "Fantastic season, great young players, will stay while his health is good, asked about 5 more years, didn't rule it out"

Yup.. Manchester United again.. strange isn't it? We didn't see any Teves shadow on the pictures above

Ronaldo: "Really happy, like a family at United, loves the club, happy with season, top scorer premier league, I'm really really happy here"

Teves Case

Tevez:
"Emotional day, fans marvellous singing Argentina, love fans, thank you, waving was maybe goodbye, very difficult to stay at United"

Other quote
"It's emotional,'' said Tevez. "I like Manchester and I like the fans. But maybe it is goodbye. It is very difficult.''
Strange isn't it? It just not so like Teves! Neither Ferguson (see quote below), nor United's fans, are ready to give up just yet.

"If that was the case it is a good thing,'"We want him to stay.'The only reason I substituted him was that he was playing up front on his own and he was tired.''
said Ferguson.

Whatever the reason, in the END ~ We are the champions, no time for losers cos we are the champions OF THE WORLD !!!!!!

Right now I am going to enjoy celebrating and I hope you will too. Till we meet next match review, the Champion's League title!!!!

Man United wins and goes to final champion league!

Rampant Red Devils bound for Rome

Was it ever really in doubt?

Every time Manchester United has shown any hint of vulnerability this season, the response has been immediate and emphatic. Tuesday's Champions League semifinal victory at Arsenal wasn't any different, as Sir Alex Ferguson's side was at its most destructive in blowing away the Gunners with an early onslaught!!

United's hopes of retaining its European title were helped by a slip from youngster Kieran Gibbs, who allowed Park Ji-Sung to open the scoring after just eight minutes. Cristiano Ronaldo's free kick moments later sealed the deal, and the World Footballer of the Year finished a brilliant move in the second half for Man U's final goal in a 3-1 second-leg win.

The only blot for United was the red card for Darren Fletcher, who'll miss the final in Rome on May 27. But Ferguson can have little else to complain about after Arsenal managed just one consolation goal, a Robin van Persie penalty.

For United, the English Premier League is all but wrapped up, so the Red Devils can effectively concentrate on their Champions League final preparation weeks ahead of time. It is hard to see anyone stopping them, although Chelsea and Barcelona (who meet at Stamford Bridge in the other semifinal tie Wednesday) may have other ideas.

United's domestic dominance from 1998 to 2001 was a truly spectacular run, but this current period of excellence both at home and in Europe is even more impressive. Share your thoughts and comments below on where this United team ranks alongside the all-time greats.

If you dont have ASTRO or any source to watch the live football telecast but you got a high speed internet connection, i got a link where you can watch football on your browser! Here is it:

2) http://www.rojadirecta.org/

I usually watch from here. However, the nets are getting slower these days.. Lets us see who wins! I just hope that Man U will wins!
